Welcome! I'm Melissa Gross, a dynamic and interactive teacher and speaker called to lead and encourage Christian women in their walk with the Lord through classes, workshops and retreats incorporating Bible study, devotionals, illustrated Bible journaling, paper crafting and mixed media projects that merge faith and art bringing God’s Word to life so you can find renewed excitement to dive into the Word, use your creative gifts, and apply the Truth as you draw closer to the Lord and serve Him in your everyday life. This site is where I share my everyday adventures, Bible Journaling pages, scrapbook layouts, handmade cards, and other crafty projects, as well as information on my upcoming workshops and events. I also post photos, ramble about books I'm reading, stuff I'm organizing, and other FUN bits & pieces of my wonderful life.

December 11

We walked down to the recreation center (about a mile away) to stroll through the craft fair. We picked up a few new Santa ornaments, then stopped by Kroger for some snacks. Also bought a bag of bread and took time to feed the ducks at the park before heading home. Enjoyed a nice afternoon relaxing at home.

About a week ago I received a package from Shutterfly with my October and November highlight photos. I took time today to put those in my storage binders, triaging a few into my category drawers as I went and sorting through my memorabilia for those two months. I also spent a little time organizing my albums on the Shutterfly site, and uploading a small set of photos that I'll include with my order for December highlights at the end of the month.

You can see the Purse layout I created using photos from my 2009 storage binder here.
