December 8

A nice relaxing day. We played a few games of dominoes, and I finally won a game! Robbie put out the Christmas yard signs we picked up at the auction last weekend. I made Magic Cookie Bars for Thursday's ornament exchange. I discovered a mysterious box in Robbie's closet marked Keep Out! Danger Poison! No Peeking! - hmm, must be the hiding place for my Christmas gifts! :>) I made shrimp étoufée and we watched the original How The Grinch Stole Christmas.

CREATIVE TIME
See my Stockings post for the layout and journaling about my big stocking.

Today's Christmas Decoration Feature - Stockings (of course!)
We hang our stockings from the mantel throughout the season and fill them for each other on Christmas Eve.

And here's the stockings featured in the Stockings layout. They are hanging on our Memories Shelf that holds all my scrapbooks and Library of Memories albums.

We also have decorative stockings hanging on doors throughout the house.

Hope you're looking forward to a stocking-filled Christmas - only 16 more days!

That is one big stocking! I love your collection of them. Your layout yesterday was great. Wonderful take on the sketch.
